I Face Account Ban and Missing ₺1,000 Deposit on Bets10
On September 18, 2024, around 03:00, I deposited ₺1,000 into my Bets10 account. However, the money never appeared in my balance. Shortly after, I was told that I needed to deposit an additional ₺4,000. When I refused and asked for a refund of my ₺1,000, my account was completely banned, and I can no longer log in.
I have the official bank receipt as proof of payment. When I contacted Bets10 customer support, they told me that in order to reopen my account, I would need to deposit even more money. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit customers.
I am requesting that Bets10 refund my ₺1,000 deposit immediately and reinstate my account access. Customers should not be forced to deposit extra money just to access their own funds.
