Bets10 Delayed My Bank Transfer Withdrawal for Over 24 Hours Without Reason
I have been withdrawing money from Bets10 via bank transfer for a long time, and my withdrawals were always processed within 15–20 minutes at most. However, on April 26, 2025, I requested a ₺6,990 withdrawal, and now nearly 24 hours have passed, yet the money still hasn’t been deposited into my account.
When I contacted their support team, they told me that I might have to wait up to 72 hours. This is completely unacceptable because I have never had to wait this long before for any previous transaction.
This situation seriously damages Bets10’s credibility. I demand that Bets10 urgently process my withdrawal and resolve this issue immediately. Players should not have to worry about whether they will actually receive their own money!
They haven't deposited my money for 72 hours, the deadline they gave has passed, and they keep stalling. Since the day I made the withdrawal, they asked for my account statement, which I have now sent by email, but I am not getting any response to my email. My grievance still hasn't been resolved.
