I Face Delays With Bets10 Withdrawals and Missing Deposits

I’ve had serious issues with both deposits and withdrawals on Bets10. On October 23, 2025, at 11:44 PM, I requested a $144 withdrawal to my Yapı Kredi Bank account via bank transfer. However, even after more than 24 hours, the amount still hasn’t been credited to my account. When I contacted customer service, they first told me the transaction would be completed within 24 hours. But when that time passed and I reached out again, they said I needed to send an email to the finance department.

In addition, I recently deposited $144, but that amount never showed up in my gaming account, leaving me at a loss once again. Over the past week, I’ve experienced the same issue three times, and each time I’ve been left waiting for a resolution that never came. These system failures keep repeating, causing both time loss and financial damage every time they occur.
