Bets10 Bank Transfer Not Reflected - Support Giving Only Auto Replies

On 27.11.2025, I deposited ₺4,000 into my own Bets10 account via bank transfer. I made the transaction from my own account, not from a fake or different account. My username is Gringo35. Despite sending the receipts and transaction summaries many times after the transfer, the money was never reflected in my gaming account. I explained the situation over and over again through live support and email, sent at least 40 receipts, and sent nearly 100 emails. Even so, I keep receiving automated responses, and every time I get standard replies as if they are hearing about the issue for the first time. They told me, “Check again, it will reflect in your account,” but almost a week has passed and I still have no result. At this point, it feels like they are mocking the situation. Over the last six months, I have experienced firsthand that Bets10 is no longer reliable, that they do not take users seriously during deposits, and that their live support is extremely inadequate. Despite sending dozens of receipts, my issue has not been resolved.
