Bets10 Didn’t Credit My Deposit—No Response from Support


I transferred ₺400 + ₺100 via bank transfer to my Bets10 account, but the money never appeared in my balance. I have received no support or response despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and messages.
I expected at least a proper customer service response, but there has been complete silence. With no other option, I have requested a reversal of the EFT from my bank, but I am still waiting for a resolution.
Bets10, I demand an immediate refund of my money or for the funds to be credited to my account. Has anyone else faced this issue? This is unacceptable—where is my money?
