Betnef Rejects My Withdrawal and Blocks Support Access

I deposited 2,300₺ into Betnef and won 14,046₺. When I requested a withdrawal, it was rejected three times. When I contacted live support, they told me there was a “panel update” and instructed me to try again at 10:00 AM. I followed their instructions, but after waiting hours, my request was rejected again.

This time, they claimed they were "reviewing my game history" and waiting for infrastructure data before making a decision. Now, I can’t withdraw my winnings, live support has blocked me, and emails go unanswered.
