Betnano Withdrawal via Vegapay Shows as Paid but Funds Not Received

I requested a withdrawal via Vegapay bank transfer on Betnano, but even though the system shows my payment as "completed," the money has not arrived in my account.

When I contacted support, they told me that my account is blocked and asked me to try again tomorrow. I have been playing on this site for years without any issues, so this sudden problem is very concerning.
