Two weeks ago, I participated in a ticket event on their site and won ₺10,000, which they actually credited to my account. I successfully withdrew it. Then, I joined another event in a different group with completely separate investments for a different ticket. This time, they refused to add my prize!
I later found out that Betnano itself had approved my tickets. This means they knowingly approved tickets for investments, deceiving me into spending more money and buying tickets, fully aware they wouldn't pay out the prize. The group that ran the event confirmed this. The group administrator even spoke directly with the site. Despite the admin stating that there was no unfairness in my prize, and that my previous win didn't conflict with these investments, and that the prize should be added, Betnano adamantly refused. I even received details of the conversation between the site representative and the group admin, and I saw Betnano mocking and rejecting it with a derisive tone. This kind of behavior is incredibly frustrating.
If I wasn't entitled to the prize, why did you approve my tickets in the first place? I will no longer invest in this site, even though I was a very old and loyal member who genuinely liked it. Betnano refused to add my prize despite the insistence of the Telegram publisher group, whose event they officially sponsored. This complaint is my strong protest. You cannot take away my right to a prize and approve my tickets just to keep me investing, no matter what.
