Betnano Lacks Live Support and Interferes with Games

I have been playing on Betnano for a long time, but I’ve never seen it in such a terrible state. The so-called "live support" is non-existent—it disconnects immediately. Live support should be exactly that, not a poorly programmed AI that offers no real help.

I reported an issue with my betting slip and submitted a report, but there’s been no response at all. On top of that, it feels like there is clear interference in the games, making it impossible to trust the platform.

Betnano needs to provide actual live support with real assistance and address these issues promptly. Ignoring users and manipulating games is unacceptable. I expect immediate improvements and resolutions for these ongoing problems.
