I Deposited ₺2,500 on Betmoon but They Blocked My ₺233,000 Withdrawal Citing a Rule

I’ve been a loyal Betmoon player for 7 years, making large daily deposits averaging ₺20,000 and even recommending the site to my friends. But today, I experienced the most disappointing treatment yet. On March 25, 2025 at 16:06, I submitted a ₺233,000 withdrawal request after a successful session. Instead of honoring the full amount, Betmoon only paid out ₺37,500 and claimed I exceeded their so-called rule that limits withdrawals to 15 times your last deposit.

This is absurd and inconsistent. My last deposit was ₺2,500, but I’ve made multiple deposits over the past few days. Meanwhile, my friend withdrew ₺50,000 just two days ago after depositing only ₺1,000—and no such restriction was applied to them. Even I withdrew ₺7,000 yesterday from a ₺200 deposit, with no issue.

To make matters more frustrating, I successfully withdrew ₺500,000 two months ago without ever hearing about this 15x limit. So what changed? Why now? I have screenshots and transaction history to prove all of this.
