Betwoon Closed My Account After I Won and Did Not Even Return My Deposit

I’ve been a member since 2022, and on Sunday, June 9, 2024, I deposited a total of ₺100,000 into the site in five separate ₺20,000 transactions. After losing ₺80,000, I made a profit of ₺700,000 with the last ₺20,000 I deposited. Betwoon congratulated me on my winnings and informed me that there were no issues and that I could withdraw the money in two ₺50,000 installments. I submitted a withdrawal request, but no payment was made. Instead, they gave excuses like the holiday, high demand, and provider issues. This dragged on for 10 days. Later, they told me that my withdrawal had been approved—and then immediately closed my account. I was left hanging without even receiving my initial deposit back. If this issue is not resolved, I will continue to expose the situation on all platforms and groups.
