I Lost My Balance on Betebet After a Spin Purchase

My experience with Betebet was quite disappointing. After buying a spin for ₺1000, my whole balance of more than ₺7000 vanished without a trace. I am Sargin19, and I would like to request the return of my lost funds. When I reached out to live support, their response was just “You played it,” without providing any real explanation or looking into the problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues on their platform, which adds to my worries about the situation. I feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer, and it's challenging to have confidence in a site that doesn't address user concerns with the seriousness they deserve. I’m requesting that Betebet address this issue and refund the amount I lost. I won’t be returning to their platform anytime soon.
