Betebet Closed My Winning Account and Forced Me to Lose on a New One
Betebet has left me completely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve been using the platform for years under the username G****1, where I consistently had good results. Then, out of nowhere, they told me my account had to be closed and that I could only continue with a new one, which they assigned as V****96. I still don’t understand the reason—what difference does it make for them if I use a new account or my old one?
Well, I figured it out quickly: I was winning with my old account, and since being forced onto the new one, I haven't won a single bet. Everything feels deliberately unfair. I asked customer service why my old account was closed and got the usual “procedures” excuse. None of it makes sense, and frankly, it feels like manipulation.
I’ve already told support: either reactivate my original account or completely delete all my personal information, including my national ID details. They refused, saying it’s not possible. I’m officially requesting the permanent deletion of my account and all associated data. I do not want to be associated with Betebet anymore.
