Hello, on April 12, 2025, I submitted a ₺10,000 withdrawal request via bank transfer on BetAndYou. The amount was deducted from my site balance, and the transaction appears as “completed”, but the money has still not reached my bank account.

I’ve sent multiple emails to their support team, but I haven’t received a single response. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve been a loyal member of the platform for years and have never experienced an issue like this before.

I need someone from BetAndYou to look into this urgently and process my missing ₺10,000. I followed all steps correctly — now it’s time for you to do your part and resolve this without further delay.
