I Bought Solaxy Coins on Best Wallet But My Balance Shows 0

I purchased Solaxy coins through Best Wallet, and now my balance shows 0—as if I never bought anything. Every time I check my wallet or click on "show Solaxy," it still displays a zero balance. This is incredibly frustrating because I followed every step properly, but I can’t see any of the coins I supposedly own.

To test the wallet, I even sent $10 via Binance before buying Solaxy. That amount also never appeared in my Best Wallet. I assumed maybe it was just delayed or something technical. But now, after using that same wallet to buy Solaxy, I can’t even confirm if the purchase was successful. It feels like my funds have vanished.

Best Wallet, I demand you fix this issue immediately. I need to see my Solaxy balance clearly and know where my money went. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I will no longer trust or use your platform. Stop hiding users’ assets and provide real support!
