I Can’t Access My Best Wallet After Changing Phones—Coins and Account Locked Out


I recently changed my phone and now I can’t access my Best Wallet account, even though I’m trying to log in with the same email address I always used. The app keeps saying “You are not the owner”, which makes no sense. I’ve had this wallet for a long time and used it to purchase presale coins, and now I have no way of knowing if they’re even still there.
This situation is unacceptable. I can’t access my funds, my investment is in limbo, and there’s no real support or way to recover my account. I demand that Best Wallet immediately review this issue and restore access to my email-linked wallet. You can’t lock users out of their own accounts and ignore them.
