Best Wallet Blocks Token Transfers – My $5000 Pre-Sale Investment Is Stuck

I have a $5000 pre-sale investment in Best Wallet. Since the launch date was approaching, I decided to test the system by purchasing $170 worth of Flockerz tokens. Now, they are listed on B*, but there’s a major issue—B* only accepts Flockerz tokens on the Base network, while Best Wallet only supports ERC-20 transfers.
I assumed the system would automatically select the correct network, but my tokens are now stuck and inaccessible. I can’t even retrieve them back to my wallet. To make matters worse, Best Wallet provides no customer support—they do not respond via X (Twitter) or email.
The real issue isn’t just my tokens being stuck, but the fact that we cannot withdraw them due to incompatible networks. This raises serious concerns about transparency, especially since all listed tokens are owned by Best Wallet's team. They are controlling hundreds of millions of dollars in assets, yet they refuse to assist investors.
As someone who invested $5000 in pre-sale, I expect a real solution immediately. Best Wallet must address this issue, allow withdrawals, and provide proper support.
