I bought a bag from Bershka on sale, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. The bag had visible cut marks on the side and white paint stains on the handle. It’s infuriating to think they would send such a damaged product just because it was on sale. To make matters worse, they shipped it in a flimsy cardboard bag, and it arrived crushed. A box would’ve been more appropriate for protection. I didn’t bother with a return because it’s too much hassle, but I’m definitely not shopping at Bershka again. This experience left a bad impression. Bershka needs to seriously improve their quality control and shipping practices!
