Bershka Fur Boots Fell Apart After One Wash

I purchased a pair of fur boots from Bershka about 2-3 months ago, but after wearing them only once, I decided to wash them in the machine because they got dirty. To my shock, the sole completely fell apart after just one wash! I never expected such poor quality from a brand like Bershka.

I need to know what I should do next. Can I get a replacement or a refund? It’s unacceptable for a pair of boots to become completely unusable after a single wear. I can’t just throw them away. I’m waiting for a response from Bershka to resolve this issue. Please provide a solution as soon as possible!
