Bershka Customer Service Unreachable During Ongoing Delivery Issue
On October 28, I placed an order with Bershka and paid $90 by credit card. Even though 18 days have passed, my order still has not been delivered. When I checked the shipping information, I saw that the shipment is with a company called Kolay Gelsin, but I received a message stating that “you are located in a non-delivery area.”
During this process, I tried multiple times to contact Bershka, but I was unable to reach anyone or get a resolution. Even though my address is an active and regularly used delivery address by shipping companies, my order is not being delivered under this excuse.
I demand that the product I ordered be delivered to my current and valid address as soon as possible, without any additional charges.
