Delay in Delivery for Bershka Online Order – Awaiting Package for 8 Days
On October 7, I made a purchase from Bershka’s online store. My order was handed over to a shipping company called Sendeo on October 10, yet I have been waiting for my package for eight days now. This extended delay is incredibly frustrating, and I am shocked that a reputable brand like Bershka would partner with such an unreliable shipping service. Not only has my order not been delivered, but Sendeo has also provided no clear information or updates about the delay.
I am reaching out to request immediate action from Bershka to ensure my package is delivered promptly. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I expect Bershka to address this issue with their logistics partners.
