I placed an order on the official Benetton website on June 15, 2023. Upon checking the status, it constantly showed "your order is being prepared." After 4-5 days, I contacted Benetton customer service via email, and a person claiming to be from Benetton customer service called me back. They stated that the standard processing time for shipping orders is 5 business days and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Frustrated, I ended the conversation. On the 6th day, I called again, and they mentioned that the day of order placement doesn't count as one of the 5 business days and promised to follow up with the relevant department. But to my dismay, no one reached out or inquired about the issue. Today is the 9th day, and my order is still "being prepared." It's disheartening to see a global brand like Benetton managed this way in Turkey. They couldn't even ship one order in 9 days. I will escalate this complaint to their head office.
