Arçelik  810KM Dryer Order Delay, Been 21 Days and Counting – Urgent Assistance Needed

On December 5, 2023, I placed an order for the Arçelik 810KM dryer through their official website, arcelik.com. Fast forward to today, December 26, 2023, and my order is still stuck in the "preparing" stage after 21 days. Despite creating ten support tickets and reaching out to the hotline at 4440888, there has been zero progress or a solution-oriented approach. Surprisingly, despite having six branches in close proximity, located in Istanbul Bahçelievler, the product is still "being prepared." I've even confirmed this by personally checking each store's name and address. Attached is an image displaying the names and addresses of these stores. I kindly request that the product be promptly procured from one of these branches and delivered to me. Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
