Bellewholesale's Return Policy Restrictions Put Me in Hard Spot
A while ago, I tried to return an item by following all of your return instructions. It said 14 days, which is exactly what I did. As the last thing, called customer service to get things going, but they told me I needed to get permission before I could send it back. That wasn't written anywhere in the policy! also learned that some things, like makeup, swimsuits, and even jewellery, can't be returned at all. That makes it harder to choose what to buy online, you know? What if it doesn't work out after you get it? Not able to move! That's on top of the "original packaging, unused condition" thing. I understand wanting things back in good shape, but what if you tear the tag off by accident? All of a sudden, you can't return it? That sounds pretty harsh, you’ll turn me down for this?
