We bought a washing machine from Beko in Almati, Kazakhstan, but we're not happy with how it works. During the program, the machine jumps and moves almost 40 cm away from the wall. This hurts the machine and the area around it. We were surprised to learn that we are not the only ones having this problem. A quick search on Kazakh forums shows that many other people have had the same problem. We think it's wrong for a washing machine to be sold without being tested and checked for quality. At the very least, the machine should have a label that tells people about the possible dangers. We are very upset about how bad the quality is of this Beko washing machine, and we advise others to be careful before buying it. We hope that Beko will own up to this problem and come up with a solution for their customers.
