Overcharged for Beko Washing Machine Pump Replacement
I had to replace the drain pump of my Beko washing machine recently. After conducting extensive research, I discovered that the average cost for this repair is approximately 500 TL. I was really taken aback when the Beko service center charged me a whopping 3000 TL. I have spoken with service centers of other brands, and they all mentioned that the price for this part replacement is much higher than usual. I would appreciate it if Beko could provide some clarification on the high cost I incurred in this situation. I used to have confidence in Beko's dedication to fairness and quality as a loyal customer.now feeling concerned and doubtful about Beko's pricing practices due to this experience. I hope that Beko can address this issue and regain my trust in the brand.
