We bought the Beko 674581 model refrigerator about 3 years ago and extended its warranty to 7 years. However, we have been constantly experiencing cooling problems since the day we bought it. Our vegetables and fruits spoil, and the fridge does not cool. On 14.09.2025, we experienced the same problem again and submitted a request. On 16.09.2025, the Şanlıurfa Işıklar Authorized Service said the problem would be solved. On 18.09.2025, they came again and stated that the fridge was clogged and performed a cleaning, but after this process, the refrigerator became even worse. In a hot city like Şanlıurfa, we have been without a refrigerator for a week; we can't even drink water at home. We also contacted Beko customer service, but the problem still persists. Since the product is under warranty, we did not pay any fees.
I now demand that this problem be resolved permanently. I want our grievance to be remedied and our refrigerator to be made fully functional.
