Beko 674581 Refrigerator Still Failing to Cool After Multiple Repairs Despite Extended Warranty
I purchased a Beko 674581 refrigerator about 3 years ago, and even though I extended the warranty to 7 years, the appliance has never worked properly. Since day one, it has had recurring cooling problems—our fruits and vegetables keep spoiling because the fridge does not maintain proper temperature. On September 14, 2025, the same issue happened again, and I filed a service request. On September 16, the authorized Şanlıurfa Işıklar Beko Service came and claimed the problem was fixed, but when they returned on September 18, they said the refrigerator was clogged, cleaned it, and left. However, after this so-called repair, the fridge stopped cooling even more severely. Living in Şanlıurfa, one of the hottest cities in Turkey, we have now been without a working refrigerator for over a week, unable even to keep drinking water cold. I contacted Beko customer service, but no permanent solution has been provided. While I appreciate that no payment was taken due to the warranty, this ongoing failure is unacceptable. I demand that Beko provide a permanent solution and ensure my refrigerator is fully functional, as my family has suffered enough from repeated breakdowns.

On 16.09.2025, the Şanlıurfa Işıklar Authorized Service said the problem would be solved. On 18.09.2025, they came again and stated that the fridge was clogged and performed a cleaning, but after this process, the refrigerator became even worse. In a hot city like Şanlıurfa, we have been without a refrigerator for a week; we can't even drink water at home. We also contacted Beko customer service, but the problem still persists. Since the product is under warranty, we did not pay any fees.
I now demand that this problem be resolved permanently. I want our grievance to be remedied and our refrigerator to be made fully functional.
