Glass shards flew all over my kitchen. It could have seriously injured someone. My food was ruined, and the mess it created was overwhelming. This is not a minor issue—it’s a serious safety hazard.
I immediately contacted the authorized Beko service. Their response? They told me the explosion doesn’t fall under warranty coverage and that they could only replace the broken glass panel. That’s completely unacceptable. I barely used the oven once, and it shattered dangerously through no fault of mine. Clearly, this is a manufacturing defect.
Why should I settle for a quick fix on a brand-new appliance that nearly harmed my family? Beko is ignoring the seriousness of the issue and offering only a part replacement instead of taking full responsibility. I demand a full product replacement, not just a patched-up oven. Beko, stand behind your product and stop pushing the burden onto your customers.
