I purchased a Beko BM 6047 dishwasher from the Beko Kutlusoy Yozgat dealer on May 20, 2024. The installation was completed by the service on May 21, 2024. After the service left, we noticed deep scratches on the screen of the product, visible only at eye level. Having scratches on the screen of a brand new product indicates that it may have been previously used and returned. I urgently request the replacement of the product to remedy my dissatisfaction.
