I find this explanation unreasonable and unsupported. I've reviewed the installation manual and found no mention of such a requirement. Moreover, I've checked online reviews and found numerous instances of Beko water heaters being installed on walls without tiles.
I feel pressured to incur additional expenses by tiling my wall, which is not a part of the water heater installation process. I demand that the authorized service provider fulfill their obligation and install the water heater without this unnecessary condition.
