SOYO Withdrawal Button Missing

I am a user of the Soyo chatting and livestreaming application, and I would like to file a complaint about the withdrawal feature. Since the very first day I joined the app, I have not been able to see any withdrawal button, so I cannot convert my diamonds into cash. I have been trying to get help within the app and have repeatedly asked for support, but no one has shown real interest in resolving the problem or clearly explaining what I need to do. As a result, my diamonds remain stuck in my account, and I cannot access their value.
