Beko TV Damaged by Technician - Seeking Resolution and Legal Action





I purchased a Beko TV. The technician from the technical service who came to hang the TV on the wall using a mounting bracket and perform the installation inadvertently caused issues with both the TV mounting bracket and the TV itself by striking the bracket with a hammer. Despite repeatedly reporting this incident, the technical service has shown no concern or taken any action. Therefore, I would like to create a formal complaint record here and inform you that if the TV is not replaced or refunded, I will initiate legal proceedings. They damaged my belonging and obviously avoid facing the consequences. Imagine it was me breaking a TV in their store. How would they react?? Not this silently I believe.
