I have a Beko Eco Green boiler, and my home isn’t heating properly. I initially called for service, and the technician claimed there was no issue with the boiler itself but suggested I get the house’s pipes cleaned. I paid to have the pipes cleaned, yet the problem persisted. When I called the service again, the technician continued to blame the pipes instead of inspecting the boiler thoroughly. Finally, after insisting he check the unit, it was discovered that the heat exchanger pipes were cracked, causing the pressure to stay above 3 constantly – clearly, the boiler was faulty. Despite this, the technician only placed a parts order and left. Since October 26, 2024, I’ve been waiting for this boiler to be repaired. This delay is unacceptable, and I need a swift resolution to get my home heated.
