Beko Smart Logic Combi Boiler Motor Malfunction

I bought a Beko Smart Logic combi boiler, but it's having issues with the motor. The boiler consistently circulates hot water, producing a loud noise resembling an explosion and causing the kitchen to be covered in yellow water. This presents a significant safety concern. After I brought up the problem with customer service, they promptly referred me to the technical service department. However, the technical service had a disagreement regarding which warranty would be applicable. The boiler makes a lot of noise and creates frequent bursts. Even after numerous discussions with customer service for several days, a solution has not been provided to me yet. I was told by customer service that I would receive a quick response, but it has now been four days and there is still no resolution in sight.
