Because my Beko refrigerator was cooling too much, I had it serviced four times. Each time, the service technician replaced a part instead of the whole unit. Despite my dissatisfaction, I remained quiet. But for the past two days, the plates in the breakfast section of the refrigerator have been frozen solid, and I can barely pick up a tomato from the vegetable drawer without it freezing to my hand. I am using the lowest setting for temperature, and even the service technician told me that if I set the temperature higher, the unit won't freeze. But I didn't change the temperature because I've been using it for months. Even so, the problem is already happening with the new part that was just put in a few days ago. I can't take it anymore. Even though this appliance is broken, they want me to keep using it. With a refrigerator that keeps breaking down, my life has turned into a nightmare. I didn't just find this unit on the street; I bought it from Beko and paid for it in full. I will talk to every group that helps consumers that I can find. Do I have to call the repairman again and again? This isn't right, and I wish I hadn't bought this broken appliance."

This morning at 10 AM, the service came and checked. They looked at the vegetables and said it was as cold as if it needed to be renewed. Now we are waiting for a response from Beko's factory or wherever. I want a replacement as soon as possible. We are newly married, and since the day we bought it, the technical team has come for the 5th time. How many more times will they come and check the settings and leave? Am I going to call a repairman to my home every two weeks? Our routine is disrupted because we are always waiting at home for the service to come. I wash the vegetables under hot water because my hand freezes. Even if you touch a cheese plate or a jar of tomato paste, it feels like ice. Enough already, honestly. My mother's 15-year-old washing machine was replaced with a new model after one fault. I have been calling for service constantly since the first month for my brand new refrigerator. I will go to CIMER or whatever it takes. Or I will go to the news. It is clear they sold me a defective refrigerator. Just like how cars make it to the news, let refrigerator fraud come to light. Enough already. My psychology is deteriorating. How can a person's refrigerator always be like ice? Even when the temperature is set to "8". At the lowest setting. The temperature I would set when going on vacation is my normal. And even that is too cold. Do what is necessary. Take responsibility for your faulty, defective product!

This refrigerator is only 4 or 5 months old. And in that time, the 5th team has come since the beginning. Beko, take responsibility for your defective, faulty, flawed product...
