The customer representative called me and said they would take care of it. The service came and installed another device to check if there was a problem with the cooling, and said that it stopped cooling at night. However, the engineer mentioned that there is only 1 month left on the warranty period and offered us an extended warranty (4 years for 4400 TL). The reason is that the warranty will expire during this period and they will charge for service visits afterward. The black stain next to the refrigerator was not recorded by the previous service worker, and it is not in the service records. They don't even mention the dents on the refrigerator, in short, they don't want to replace our refrigerator and are just stalling to gain time. We will file our complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee tomorrow. Let's see how it will turn out. Beko is a regret... Pay a little more and buy your home appliances from much better companies and brands. We made a mistake, don't make the same one. From now on, no Beko or Arçelik brand home appliances or similar items can enter my house.

I bought the 684630 EI series refrigerator from Beko company. We bought the refrigerator on 16.09.2021. After 1 year had expired, we noticed a black paint discharge on the side panel as seen in the photo, so we called the service, the service called it customer error and returned, they said they could not open a record about it and left, they reasoned that the general center would not be accepted in this way. After that, the edges of the inner shelves of the refrigerator were bent and broken, we called the service, again they said it was customer error and left, when 3 shelves broke from the same place, we called again, this time they changed the shelves. After that, a red light started flashing on the display and the cooling stopped, the service came a few times, checked the refrigerator, put the measuring machine and said that it was not cooling and took the refrigerator to their workshop and after a week there, they said that there was no problem and brought the refrigerator back. They initially suspected that there was a problem with the electrical voltage in the house, so they took a measurement and discovered no issues. To be sure, we contacted a private electrician, who certified that the voltage was correct. Despite this, our refrigerator continues to malfunction, failing to chill adequately and allowing the contents to spoil. We also discovered some dents on the refrigerator, which were most likely caused during transit. 20 days ago, we requested that our refrigerator be replaced with a new one, and we were told that we would return about it but no return was made.

After long efforts and purchasing an extended warranty (5500 TL), they brought us a new refrigerator. Thank you, but you make the customer go through a lot of hassle.
