Beko Cash Register Exorbitant Charges and Chronic Issues

I forgot to use the Beko point-of-sale (POS) device for about a year. I charged it and turned it on, then did a few transactions and put it away. When I went back to the computer, the screen said, "Call authorized service." I called the service, and they came right away. They said that the device's memory needed to be changed and asked for a fee of between 500 and 1,500 TL. During these hard times, I don't think it's fair for them to charge such high prices. When people complain about the same thing, it's clear that the problem is with the cash register and not with us. I'm sorry I bought it and promise to never buy anything from Beko again. They even charge outrageous prices to fix the problems that keep happening with their own system.
