Beko 220 TR POS Constant System Error
I use a Beko 220 TR POS system at my spouse's workplace. When I tried to run the POS device in the morning, I encountered the H63 error code. I took it to the authorized service center in the Esenler Fevzi Çakmak area, where the staff informed me that the EEPROM memory was faulty and needed replacement, demanding a fee of ₺3200. I feel victimized by this situation, and facing high costs after being compelled to use these devices is unacceptable. I've noticed new POS systems being sold at the same repair cost. I believe a major company like Beko should reconsider this situation. I intend to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities for a resolution.
