Outrageous Fees and Neglect at Beko

In my town of Marmara Ereglisi, there's no Beko service center, so I had to personally take my cash register POS devices to their service center in Corlu. For a VAT update, Beko charged us a whopping 500 TL in total, 250 TL per device. It's infuriating how everyone seems to be burdening small businesses with both the VAT increase and exorbitant fees for a simple update that took just two minutes. It's as if they're intentionally trying to eliminate small businesses from the country. When we offered to bring the devices ourselves because the service center claimed they were too busy for the VAT update, they still charged us a hefty fee for a basic process that took only a couple of minutes to complete on the device interface. As of today, I will never choose any Beko products for my home or workplace.
