I purchased a portable air conditioner from Beko, model 21220 P. My selection criteria included both cooling and heating functions. I carefully examined these two features on various platforms, including the company's website. Other similar models of air conditioners clearly stated these functions. However, it seemed that this specific Beko model was missing a feature that should normally be present. When I reported the issue to the company, the service team did not seem to take it seriously.
Although I pointed out the product features, they only referred to the part related to the function in hot weather and claimed that this particular function was not available. If there is indeed no heating function, why is this not clearly stated as with other companies? When I purchased the product, I couldn't test the heating function because it was summer, and the weather was exceptionally warm.
