BeIN Sports Fails to Provide Technical Support
My name is Yusuf Kaya, and I started a BeIN Sports subscription about three months ago. I paid for it in advance with my credit card. But my device stopped working a few days ago. The channel list wouldn't show up, and I couldn't watch any BeIN Sports channels. When I called customer service for technical help, they tried to fix the problem with a remote update, but it didn't work. It wasn't how I used it that was wrong; it was the device itself. They said they could send a technician to my house, but there would be a service fee of 200 TL. As a subscriber, I expect BeIN Sports to help me with technical issues as long as I'm a subscriber. I don't want to pay for a problem that isn't my fault, and I want them to fix it without charging me extra money. If they don't, I'll have to take them to court and talk about how unhappy I am on social media, which could hurt their reputation. This is not fair, and BeIN Sports should fix it as soon as possible.
