Türk Telekom Refuses to Cancel My Evde İnternet Despite Multiple Complaints

I cancelled my home internet with Turk Telekom in November 2024, I completed their request of completing the online cancellation form and sending it to the cancellation department together with scans of my residency card. I then proceeded to drop off their equipment at the Telekom shop with a copy of the cancellation form, which they refused to accept telling me it should be dropped off at the main Telekom shop in Fethiye, they also refused to accept it. I am still receiving monthly bills and the cancellation department now tells me that they cannot cancel because my original email address is not registered in the system, yet I first signed up with the same email address and have always received correspondence and monthly invoices at this same email address, how can this be? They just cannot offer a solution and I am being billed monthly and have not left the country. I tried to do this properly as requested and this is what happens.
