On May 5, 2023, I had a phone call with Türk Telekom to cancel my mobile internet subscription. They said once I sent the required documents to [email protected], the cancellation would go through. After 3 months, I found out they were still billing me. I paid these bills unnecessarily for a service I hadn't used, thinking the cancellation would happen. But here we are on April 9, 2024, and my line is still active, with bills still coming in. I've been living abroad for 2 years, telling them to contact me via email only, yet my line remains open without any updates. Customer service hasn't solved my issue, and I'm being charged extra for lengthy international calls. If my line isn't canceled and Türk Telekom doesn't refund the extra charges for the unused service due to their negligence, I'll have no choice but to take legal action through my lawyer within a week.
