Türk Telekom Turkey's Worst Internet Provider & Operator

It's been a year and a half since Türk Telekom was asked to provide infrastructure, and I haven't been able to contact them or get any information from them. The lack of adequate internet infrastructure in IZmir's heart in 2023 is already a major concern, but the fact that we have been waiting for this infrastructure for 1.5 years is an entirely different matter. We have the right to access the internet, but Türk Telekom denies us this basic service. Our entire family is becoming increasingly frustrated. We would be willing to subscribe to the top package if we had a reliable internet connection, but we are unable to use the box due to excessive fees, and we still lack the necessary infrastructure. We are open to any option, whether ADSL, VDSL, or fiber, but they keep stalling and delaying. It's truly disheartening to see what they've done to us.
