I am writing regarding my BDG gaming app account, which has been locked and is now blocking my withdrawal. My account ID is 21713***. When I attempted to withdraw my balance of 15,000, the withdrawal was rejected due to an “account security” reason, and after that my account has remained locked. I tried to reach BDG customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation about why my withdrawal was rejected or why my account is locked. I am using the BDG gaming app from Haryana, India, and I am unable to access or withdraw the balance that rightfully belongs to me. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed, the lock on my BDG gaming account be removed, and my withdrawal of 15,000 be processed as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation if there is any specific reason preventing this.
