BDG Withdrawal Stuck! Processing for Five Days

I applied for a withdrawal 5 days ago, and it is still showing as “Processing.” Why? Meanwhile, my subsequent withdrawal was completed successfully. I have filed a total of 15 complaints, yet BDG has not helped me at all. The BDG service has truly disappointed me. I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,000 on October 3 at 3:41 PM, and even after more than 3 days, the status remains stuck on “Processing.” I have contacted their customer support via email and their official Telegram channel, but all I’ve received are evasive automated responses with no real assistance or timeline. There is no live support, and honestly, it feels like they’ve gone silent after taking my money. I’ve been using BDG for quite some time and never faced such a serious issue before, but now I’m genuinely questioning whether I can continue trusting this platform. I demand that BDG either process my withdrawal immediately or refund the money to my account. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable.
