I play on the BDG game platform and on 19 April I requested a withdrawal of ₹15,000 to my Bank of Baroda bank card. For this transaction, the withdrawal order number shown in the app is WD2026041910320907726277f. Inside the game the withdrawal status is marked as completed, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account, even though almost two months have passed. During this period I repeatedly contacted BDG support and submitted complaints, but I did not receive any proper solution and the ₹15,000 has still not been paid to me. This situation is causing me financial stress and has seriously affected my trust in the platform. I request that my missing ₹15,000 be credited to my Bank of Baroda account without any further delay, or that my withdrawal be cancelled and the same amount immediately returned to my BDG game wallet. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why it has taken so long to resolve.
