I Cannot Access My BDG Win Account Because It Says “User Has Been Locked”
I am writing regarding my BDG Win account, which has been locked without any clear explanation. My user ID is 15097980, and my registered phone number is 96216585**.
For the last 15 hours, every time I try to log into my account, I receive the message “user has been locked,” and I am completely unable to access my account. I am a regular player on BDG Win and have always tried to follow the platform’s rules and policies properly.
At the time my account was locked, there was an existing balance of approximately ₹6,000 in my account. Because of this restriction, I currently cannot use my funds, access my account details, or make any withdrawal requests.
This situation is extremely concerning because my account was locked suddenly without prior warning, notification, or any explanation regarding the reason for the restriction.
I kindly request that my BDG Win account be urgently reviewed, unlocked, and fully restored so I can regain access to both my account and my existing balance.
