Since this issue occurred, there has been no response from your side despite the problem clearly affecting my account and gameplay. This recharge issue is causing stress for both me and my team; we are all waiting for this process to be completed so that everyone can start playing again. I am a YouTuber and around 1,500 people play along with me, so this unresolved recharge is disrupting our regular games and content. I kindly request you to urgently check this recharge, either credit the game balance correctly or refund the amount to the original payment method, and inform me of the resolution as soon as possible.
