I recently made a recharge of 29,000 to my BDG game account through PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG game ID 19657621. The payment was made between March 13 and March 15, and the money has been debited from my bank account, as shown in my bank statement. However, my in-game balance has not increased.
I have already submitted all the documents requested by the company and have contacted customer support multiple times, but my issue has not been resolved and I have not received any proper response.
This situation is causing me significant stress, as a large amount of money is stuck without any resolution. I request that my issue be urgently reviewed and that the full amount of 29,000 be credited to my BDG game ID 19657621 without further delay, or refunded back to my original payment method. I expect a clear and prompt response so that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
